Chris has founded, operated and successfully exited various businesses across Europe. He brings full-cycle experience, from launch and growth to strategic sale, with a strong focus on structured expansion and high-performing teams.

 

Passionate about sport as a driver of community, Chris is committed to building inclusive, sustainable platforms that combine commercial success with broad participation.

Victor Aguirre
Director

Spanish Roots. Global Vision.

Driven by Spanish padel culture, focused on community growth.

Victor holds a Master’s degree in Padel Club Management and Administration from the University of Murcia, combining academic insight with hands-on expertise.

 

In 2021, he founded London’s largest padel community, Fast4Padel. He now serves as Head of Padel at Performance Padel, where he oversees operations and has been directly involved in the development and delivery of multiple court facilities.

 

Victor brings authentic Spanish heritage together with proven operational and facility leadership.

 

Ines Hollaus
Director

Turning vision into structured, partner-ready delivery.

Ines brings a strong background in project management and commercial development across multiple industries, with experience in stakeholder coordination, operational structuring and strategic sales.

 

She discovered padel in 2020 and quickly became deeply involved in the sport, not only as an active player, but as an ambassador for Fast4Padel, where she leads initiatives across project coordination, event delivery and organisational development.

 

Ines is a strong advocate for increasing female participation in padel and actively works to create greater representation and opportunity within the sport.
